Tradesmen from Bulley and Andrews Construction, the lead contracting company for West Lake’s COVID19 Alternate Care Facility, work to transform the former hospital into an approximately 430 COVID19 patient bed care facility. The Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, in support of FEMA, the White House, Department of Defense and the state, are currently constructing approximately 4000 COVID19 patient rooms at four ACFs within the state of Illinois.
