Estaban Neza, 30th Operations Support Squadron engineering technician, cuts fabric to make masks for local hospital workers and base members April 14, 2020, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. Volunteers from across base have utilized the Training Device Design and Engineering Center to sew masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
