Matthew Hoff, 140th Wing civil engineering operations manager, Colorado Air National Guard, is discussing setup of patient rooms and ancillary supplies with Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment consultant Captain Taylor Allen, from the 28th combat support hospital, Fort Bragg, Calif., at the Colorado Convention Center which is being prepared for use as hospital overflow for positive COVID-19 cases, should it be required, Denver, Colo., April 14, 2020.
