Military personnel in U.S. Army OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are working inside a large indoor venue, appearing to measure and mark the floor with tape. The foreground soldier is actively laying or measuring a white tape line on the concrete floor, while other soldiers work in the background. The setting appears to be a convention center or arena being converted for an alternate purpose, with signage including 'East Hall' and a 'Bud Light' banner visible.

Defense Department Support to FEMA COVID-19

Army Staff Sgt. Ladenna Ruiz, a pharmacy technician and native of Pomona, California, assigned to Company B, 47th Combat Support Hospital, helps lay down white tape on the floor of the Centurylink Field Event Center in downtown Seattle, Washington March 29, to mark the location of incoming medical equipment and supplies. The center is being transformed into a top-notch Army temporary medical facility in the days ahead to provide care to non-COVID-19 infected patients from local hospitals and allow local medical professionals to focus on treating COVID-19. U.S. Northern Command is providing military support to the Department of the Health and Human Services as well as FEMA in order to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
