In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, USACE is supporting the state of California under FEMA mission assignment to provide planning and site assessments for Alternate Care Facilities in California. As part of that mission, we have deployed a Deployable Tactical Operations System, or DTOS, to the California State Emergency Operations Center in Sacramento. The DTOS provides mobile communications and operations workspace to support emergency response missions.
