Jowers reenlisted for an additional four years. Rear Adm. Shoshana S. Chatfield, president of NWC, attended via FaceTime, and Jowers’ friends and colleagues attended in support of his dedication to the U.S. Navy and practiced social distancing due to the COVID-19 virus.
