U.S. Army Col. Eric Riley holds the NATO flag March 17, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Riley assumed command of Kosovo Force Regional-Command East at a transfer of authority ceremony alongside KFOR commander Maj. Gen. Michele Risi and RC-E personnel from the task force and NATO allies and partners.
