Kosovo Force 26 and 27 Regional-Command East personnel attend a transfer of authority ceremony March 17, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Outgoing KFOR 26 RC-E commander Col. Robert Hughes transferred command authority to Col. Eric Riley. Riley will command the 27th iteration of RC-E that is comprised of troops from the U.S. Army and NATO partner and ally nations.
