The image shows the interior of a gymnasium or sports hall with debris and fragments scattered across the hardwood floor, suggesting a recent impact or explosion. Pieces of what appears to be a broken object are mid-air and on the floor near the blue wall, with dust or smoke visible. A metal pole stand is visible on the right side of the frame, and storage items are stacked against the wall in the background.

Members of the 51st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team, Michigan National Guard, participate a in a cross-agency response exercise with the FBI, Michigan State Police, and the Detroit Police Department, at Lansing, Michigan, Feb. 26, 2020. The 22-person team, made up of Michigan Army and Air National Guard members, provide initial assessments of incidents, and assist state emergency management, the state’s Joint Force Headquarters, and other key officials including representatives of federal agencies when called upon. The team’s attire is atypical and with more than 20 real-world missions conducted throughout a year, mixing in with the general population and keeping a low profile is a mission requirement.
