    148th Fighter Wing Commander, Col. Chris M. Blomquist, and retired Brig. Gen Raymond T. Klosowski, reflect after a historic 30th Anniversary Flight at the 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth, Minnesota, on Mar. 10, 2020. Klosowski, who served as the 148th Fighter Interceptor Group commander and commander of the Minnesota Air National Guard, flew the first F-16 to the Duluth Air National Guard Base on Mar. 10, 1990.
