A person wearing a black leather jacket, khaki pants, a dark cap, and bright green ear protection stands on a military airfield tarmac, watching a fighter jet — consistent with an F-16 Fighting Falcon — taking off or flying low over the runway. The scene appears to be at a military air base during daylight under partly cloudy skies. Runway markings and taxiway signage are clearly visible in the foreground and midground.
