Recruits from Company H, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, do their max set of crunches in a span of two minutes as one part of their final physical fitness test June 14 aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. The PFT is comprised of a max set of pull-ups, a timed three-mile run and a max set of crunches in two minutes. For a perfect score recruits and Marines must complete 20 pull-ups, an 18 minute or below three mile and 100 crunches in two minutes.
