U.S. Air Force Maj. Roy Poor, an F-16 fighter pilot assigned to the Ohio National Guard’s 180th Fighter Wing, gives a thumbs-up after a training flight during exercise Green Flag-West at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, Feb. 16, 2020.
