Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Jiefeng Cao demonstrates how to roll dough during a Chef Subject Matter Expert Exchange as part of Pacific Partnership 2012, June 20. The SMEE gave members of the PP12 team a chance to exchange cooking techniques with local Filipino chefs. Pacific Partnership is an annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic action mission that brings together U.S. military personnel, host and partner nations, non-government organizations and international agencies to build stronger relationships and develop disaster response capabilities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
