The purpose of TLP is to increase the effectiveness of air forces in the field of tactical leadership and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to meet future security challenges as a unified force. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is deployed to conduct crisis-response and theater-security operations in Africa and promote regional stability by conducting military-to-military training exercises throughout Europe and Africa.
