A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 20.1, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, moves to the ramp for takeoff during a Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP) training event at Los Llanos Air Base, Albacete, Spain, Feb. 21, 2020. The purpose of TLP is to increase the effectiveness of air forces in the field of tactical leadership and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to meet future security challenges as a unified force. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is deployed to conduct crisis-response and theater-security operations in Africa and promote regional stability by conducting military-to-military training exercises throughout Europe and Africa.
