U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Terrence Roth, a team sergeant assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) dumps a dry screen while working with local villagers during a recovery mission in Boualapha District, Khammouan Province, Laos, Jan. 26, 2020. A recovery team visited the area in hopes of recovering the remains of missing U.S. service members who were lost during the Vietnam War.
