U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Class, Robert Dotter, a medic attached to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) wet screens dirt alongside local villagers during a recovery mission in Boualapha District, Khammouan Province, Laos, Jan. 26, 2020. A recovery team visited the area in hopes of recovering the remains of missing U.S. service members who were lost during the Vietnam War.
