Porter’s work has enabled more than 200 multinational soldiers to have access to clean, neutral water safe for most daily uses that otherwise wouldn’t be available in austere conditions. Flintlock is an annual, integrated military and law enforcement exercise that has strengthened key partner-nation forces throughout North and West Africa since 2005.
