Soldiers from the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, Virgin Islands National Guard, run an information and brand saturation tent during Virgin Islands' 49th Annual Agriculture and Food Festival, February 15, 2020, St Croix, VI.
Recruiting and Retention uses the event as an opportunity to generate enlistment leads through brand saturation. Participation in this event allows the Guard to attract potential candidates by providing information about and exposure to the jobs and benefits that exist in the VING. R&R’s presence at AG Fair also serves as a means of building and maintaining the Guard’s relationships in the community.
