CFAY’s “Jewel of the East” Galley team takes first prize in the inter-service bakeoff and cake decorating contest in honor of Valentine’s Day at Club Alliance, Feb. 13. The bakers from the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army were given two hours to decorate their cakes, and gift cards were given to the winners of the competition. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
