YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 31, 2020) Machinery Repairman 2nd Class Samuel Lopez-Clemente, assigned to the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), gives a tour of the machine shop onboard Land to Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force sailors during a scheduled port visit to Yokosuka, Japan, Jan. 31. Land is deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations promoting partnerships and enhancing relationships with partner nations in the Indo-Pacific region.
