This is the charge to newly-promoted non-commissioned officers. Becoming a non-commissioned officer is the most important career-progression step for a young enlisted soldier. Task Force Wolfpack, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, hold monthly non-commissioned officer-induction ceremonies to welcome newly-promoted soldiers into the non-commissioned officer corps, and present them to their former peers, new subordinates and seniors as leaders with authority and responsibility.
