Brent Cowen (center), health promotion coordinator from Hurlburt Field Health and Wellness Center, Hurlburt Field, Fl., leads a group of physical training leaders assigned to the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Middletown, Pa., in an exercise demonstration, January 12, 2020. The demonstration was part of recent unit fitness program manager training sessions Cowen instructed at the wing for PTLs. Cowen reviewed the fitness and nutrition programs and resources that are available to AFSOC units through the Air Force Services Activity; some of these programs include a running clinic and exercises classes.
