Brent Cowen (center), health promotion coordinator from Hurlburt Field Health and Wellness Center, Hurlburt Field, Fl., recently instructed unit fitness program manager training sessions for the physical training leaders of the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Middletown, Pa, January 12, 2020. Cowen reviewed the fitness and nutrition programs and resources that are available to AFSOC units through the Air Force Services Activity; some of these programs include a running clinic and exercises classes.
