Lance Cpl. Sheldan Z. Kaplan, a tank crewman with 3rd Platoon, Delta Company, 2nd Tank Battalion, refuels an M1A1 Main Battle Tank from a fuel tank on a CH-53E June 20, at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C. The CH-53E Super Stallions belong to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron. The refuel was part of Exercise Mailed Fist, a large-force exercise that 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing is conducting from June 18–22.
