A military medic in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) and helmet is providing tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) to a simulated casualty with moulage (simulated wounds/blood) applied to the face. The medic is wearing blue nitrile gloves and appears to be assessing or treating an abdominal area, with a medical device visible on the casualty's torso. The scenario appears to be a training exercise based on the theatrical makeup used to simulate injuries.
