A construction crew is erecting a large steel bollard barrier panel in an arid desert environment. A yellow Caterpillar excavator is being used to position or support the metal wall section while workers in safety gear observe and assist at the base. The setting appears to be a flat, sandy desert landscape under clear blue skies.
