    Crews add a 30-foot bollard panel to first panel installed at the Yuma 10/27 project at Barry M. Goldwater Range, Arizona along the U.S.-Mexico border, January 27, 2020. Yuma 10/27 will add a total of 31 miles of secondary border barrier. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Border District is providing contracting services, including design and construction oversight, of Department of Defense-funded Southwest border barrier projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas at the direction of the Administration and at the request of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (no one in this photo crossed the international border).
