A Kenyan Basic Sea Survival instructor candidate demonstrates mirror signaling to other candidates during BSS training June 6. The BSS Train-the-Trainer Course is a program facilitated by U.S. Navy Maritime Civil Affairs Team 112, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, to help people better prepare themselves for survival at sea.
