The BSS Train-the-Trainer Course is a program facilitated by U.S. Navy Maritime Civil Affairs Team 112, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, to help people better prepare themselves for survival at sea. Part of CJTF-HOA's mission is to enhance partner nation capacity and contribute to security and stability in East Africa.
