    BROWNSVILLE, Texas – (Jan. 16, 2020) Navy Counselor 1st Class Juan De Leon of Harlingen, Texas, assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Harlingen speaks with local future Sailors during a monthly Navy Delayed Entry Program (DEP) meeting held at Navy Recruiting Station Brownsville. De Leon, a 1997 graduate of Harlingen High School, joined the Navy in 2000 becoming a recruiter in 2004. Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
