Lt. Gen. Daniel Hokanson, Director of the Army National Guard swore-in three Oregon National Guard Soldiers during a reenlistment ceremony at the Woodburn Armory in Woodburn, Ore., Jan. 12, a day after attending a mobilization ceremony for Soldiers from the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team who are deploying to Kosovo. Hokanson is the former commander of the brigade, and was also the Adjutant General, Oregon, after an aviation career in the Oregon National Guard. The Soldiers who re-enlisted from C Company, 3rd Battalion, 116th Cavalry Regiment are Sgt. John Norby, Spc. Joshua Reese and Staff Sgt. Andrew Graham.
