Daniel Dwyer, commander, Carrier Strike Group Nine, is sprayed with water after completing his final arrested landing as the strike group commander on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) while participating in exercise Northern Edge 2019.
