Maj. Gen. Benjamin Mixon, commander Multi-National Division-North and 25th Infantry Division, talks with commanders of Iraqi security forces and provincial governors at the Northern Za'ab Security Meeting held Sept. 26 in Qayyarah West. Mixon emphasized the importance of the meeting as "paving the way ahead for the security of the region and the people in the Za'ab triangle". The Za'ab triangle is an area that forms a triangle from Qayyarah West to Bayji, to Kirkuk than back to Qayyarah West. The area has been plagued with terrorist activity in recent months.
