    JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Dec. 23, 2019) Sailors man the rails aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108) upon completing a regularly scheduled deployment. Wayne E. Meyer deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation and conducted an assortment of operations, including several freedom of navigation operations as part of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy's largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet's principal surface force.
