Richard Salazar, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), from Toledo, Ohio, relieves Master Chief Sonar Technician (Submarine) Michael Wangen II, from Red Wing, Minn., as the Chief of the Boat on the pier following a deployment.
