    SANTA RITA, Guam (Dec. 20, 2019) Lt. Nathan Fouratt, from Novi, Mich., assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), is welcomed by Annania Nauta, Miss Guam 2020, upon departing the submarine following a deployment.
