PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Dec. 12, 2019) Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) Pastoral Care Services hosted their annual open house and Lessons and Carols service on Dec. 12. During the open house, visitors voted on their favorite holiday decorations while enjoying refreshments. Pastoral Care Services provides spiritual and religious support to NMCP patients and staff, including religious rites and ceremonies.
