California Jobs Challenge (CAJC) scholars line up to fill out financial aid paperwork during their first visit to Cypress College in Cypress, California, Aug. 7, 2019. The scholars, ages 17-21, are living at nearby Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, during CAJC's five and a half month residency phase before returning to their communities as employable professionals.
