    PLYMOUTH, England (Dec. 6, 2019) - Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Mike Sisolak, from Howell, New Jersey, throws a heaving ball to a tug boat during a boat towing evolution aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) as part of the U.K.-led Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST), Dec. 6, 2019. FOST’s training is designed to prepare all types of navy vessels and auxiliaries for peacetime, peace-support, and war-fighting operations.
