Philadelphia City Councilman David Oh presents a proclamation on behalf of the city council to Brig. Gen. Gavin A. Lawrence, commander of the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Brig. Gen. Stephen M. Radulski, deputy commanding general of the 28th Infantry Division, and Brig. Gen. Jami C. Shawley, commander of U.S. Army Reserve Aviation Command, during the first ever U.S. Army Week-Philadelphia event here on December 9, 2019. Soldiers from across all three components of the Army will engage local communities in order foster positive community relationships and give civilians a chance to meet the Army they haven’t met yet.
