Vincent Smith, a squad leader with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense platoon, Headquarters Battalion, 3d Marine Division, undergoes decontamination during Exercise Habu Sentinel on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 9, 2019. Exercise Habu Sentinel allows CBRN response platoon the opportunity to conduct progressive responses based off of intelligence feedback from conditions on the battlefield.
