    Secretary of the Army, the Honorable John McHugh, lays a wreath and pays respect at a D-Day memorial in Carentan, France, June 4. Task Force 68, which is made up of paratroopers from U.S., Germany, France, Holland, and United Kingdom, marched down the streets of Carentan, France after a memorial ceremony honoring the soldiers of World War II and D-Day.
