    Secretary of the Army John McHugh, city officials, military generals and World War II veterans lead a parade through Carentan, France, from one memorial ceremony to another in honor of D-Day veterans, June 4. Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Jacobs, immediately behind the Secretary and commanding general of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), was one of the military representatives. Task Force 68, which is made up of paratroopers from U.S., Germany, France, Holland, and United Kingdom, marched down the streets of Carentan, France after a memorial ceremony honoring the soldiers of D-Day. Task Force 68 is in Normandy, France to commemorate the 68th anniversary of D-Day.
