Maj. Gen. Gary M. Brito, commanding general of Fort Benning’s U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence, speaks to an audience of Family housing residents during a housing town hall meeting here Dec. 3. During the meeting, Brito and other officials said Fort Benning continues to make marked progress in its ongoing campaign to improve housing services. Recent progress includes a shorter waiting list for homes and rising customer satisfaction ratings, officials said. Fort Benning oversees more than 4,000 Family homes, which are managed day to day by a private company, The Villages of Benning.
