    U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Joshua Johnson, a machinery technician aboard the Cutter Sledge homeported in Baltimore is awarded Sailor of the Quarter by Rear Adm. Keith M. Smith during an award ceremony on the Sledge, Nov. 26, 2019.
    When the Sledge was called upon to lead the Coast Guards Fifth District's aids to navigation response post-Hurricane Dorian, Johnson eagerly stood double engineer watches and spent numerous hours on the construction deck.
