Dr. Zeki Demirbilek, a research hydraulics engineer with the Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, received a giant penny during his retirement ceremony held at the ERDC-Vicksburg main campus, Nov. 15, 2019. Demirbilek is known for handing out pennies to co-workers for accomplishing good works.
