    Army Col. Eric McCoy, left, director of the Subsistence supply chain at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia, awards second place prize for the chili cook-off to John Lewis, a data architect in the Medical supply chain. The cook-off was held on Nov. 20 at DLA Troop Support headquarters in Philadelphia, and is an annual awareness event for the Combined Federal Campaign.
