Two cadets from the Sissonville High School Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC) demonstrate navigating an obstacle Nov. 19, 2019. Twelve engineers from the West Virginia Army National Guard completed the obstacle course project in one week as a part of an Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program.
